Canonical creates Ubuntu offerings on the cloud using Azure Marketplace

Canonical is a tech provider that distributes Ubuntu Linux using Microsoft Azure Marketplace. With Ubuntu used as the base for Kubernetes, it now makes up 70 percent of the Linux footprint on all hyperscale clouds. Microsoft and Canonical wanted to give businesses migrating to Azure with Ubuntu a seamless positive experience—from a development environment that is the same as the production environment, to flexibility to scale from testing to production.
